The Pour-Over combines precision temperature control with repeatable, programmable recipes. It allows you to brew extraordinary coffee and repeat it effortlessly with the press of a lever. Each tap offers three different sizes of shower patterns. Select the one for your brewing device and easily switch between them, knowing that the shower pattern will provide an even distribution of the water across your coffee bed. The flexible nozzles prevent scale build-up and enhance cleanability.

Easily program and save handcrafted recipes, repeating the brewing sequence and volume, allowing you to effortlessly switch between coffees and brewing devices with the confidence that each beverage will be perfect, every time. The Modbar Pour-Over tap features a full colour screen and allows you to scroll through and change between recipes by rotating the push-button knob, and begin brewing with a press of the lever.
optional hot water faucet
Add hot water at the press of a button by installing a Hot Water Faucet instead of a second tap. Use the faucet manually, or program up to two time-based doses to the switch. Please note that a second tap cannot be added when the hot water faucet is used.

The Pour Over features a flow restrictor that is integrated into the valve, using the opening and closing action of the valve itself to clean the restrictor and vastly reduce maintenance requirements.

An external pump ensures constant supply pressure and flow rate, is easily accessible, and instantly familiar to technicians who work on espresso equipment.

Using the Pour Over is simple, with a lever-based design to start the brewing process and a full colour screen and rotary encoder used to select between profiles and manage settings.
