Brydon has spent over 20 years immersed in the coffee industry, beginning his journey as a barista and fuelled by the passion for the perfect cup. Since 2010, he has led in the World Coffee Championships as a Head Judge and Representative, allowing him to travel the coffee globe in support of events, judges, and competitors.
