Suburbia Bakery was a long time in the making, with Seven Seeds’ Roastery being based in Fairfield for 6 years, making it the perfect complement to the offering. It was clear that the neighbourhood was looking for more than coffee – they were craving a space to gather, chat, and connect. This was the beginning of Suburbia Bakery.

The team have focused on every detail, including equipment choice – carefully chosen with quality in mind. Our La Marzocco Linea PB is a staple across all venues in the Seven Seeds family. It’s not just about aesthetics – it’s about performance, consistency, and trust.
This machine allows the barista team to replicate high standards across every location. They are able to log brew recipes daily to ensure every cup of coffee hits the mark. It is a tool the team knows and relies on – supporting quality control as well as exceptional customer service.
