The Linea PB range was designed with innovation and reliability in mind whilst keeping the iconic shape of the original Linea espresso machine.
The 2 group Linea PB is a steadfast workhorse and somewhat of an unsung hero when it comes to small sized venues who focus on high volume and performance.
We stopped in at Ray’s Sandwich Deli, a very popular destination nestled in a backstreet of Hawthorn, to ask why and how the 2 group Linea PB serves their space so well.
Co-owner Mariella Traina said the 2 group Linea PB played a key part of setting up an offering that works because of consistency and effective high-volume systems.
“We went for a 2 group to fit the small footprint and space allocation for one or two baristas on the machine. The 2 group is definitely sufficient enough to pump out 20kgs a week.”
Mariella was also quick to impress that it’s not the size, it’s how you work with the machine. “Cafes can keep it simple and not go overkill on equipment. If you keep things simple, you will get more efficiency, better quality product and save space. It also allows baristas to concentrate on each individual coffee rather than mass producing them out at a faster rate.”
Ray’s Sandwich Deli coffee supplier, Coffee Supreme, are also privy to the benefits of a 2 group Linea PB in high demand/small footprint venues.
Carly, who heads up the Australian Coffee Supreme accounts management team said:
“The 2 group Linea PB is a workhorse that’s loved widely across the industry. It’s a user-friendly machine to achieve high volume and easy to program to deliver a consistent cup to customers.”
