Key benefit for our business using Sistema has been the insights it’s been able to provide for general usage habits in cafes, highlighting cafes that are not using each group evenly, which is causing a higher rate of restrictions and increasing the services required. This has really allowed us to get great insights in how much usage is actually going through the machine, which has enabled us to reduce the frequency of servicing we’ve been doing.

My favourite feature of Sistema is barista performance, just prior to visits when visiting cafes, being able to have a quick look and just see how they’re tracking. It’s been a really good tool to help drive consistency in cafes, helping motivate staff and owners toward producing a better quality coffee within recipe.
